5 Tips For a Great Interview

1.) Make sure your interviewee is comfortable with the setup. You don't want your interviewee squirming around during the interview, so make sure they are as comfortable as possible.

2.) Dress Professional. No one wants to be interview be a dude in a sweaty t shirt and overalls. Dress casual or even dress with some high class.

3.) Do your research. With background knowledge about your subject, you can converse with the subject, and possibly ask more insightful questions.

4.) Make eye contact (show interest in their answers), if you don't show interest in their answers your subject will become frustrated and possibly even leave the interview.

5.) Keep your interview short. Try and keep your interview under 10 to 15 minutes. After that point subjects start to get restless and may shorten their response to finish the interview quicker.
